Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Plans are billed monthly or annually based on user selection.
Only the purchasing user, Account Owner, or Billing Admin can cancel subscriptions.
Regular project users cannot cancel company subscriptions.
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing term.
Paid features remain active until the term ends.
After the paid term ends, the account enters a 30-day read-only grace period.
During read-only access, users can view, print, and download existing reports and export ticket logs.
During read-only access, users cannot create, edit, upload, revise, regenerate, or manage active project data.
After the grace period, the account downgrades to Project Engineer unless reactivated.
A 60-day cool-down period may block creation of duplicate new accounts using the same email, billing email, company domain, or approved domains.
Reactivation of the original account is allowed at any time.
Platform admin may approve exceptions.
