BuildSITREP uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage items to keep users signed in, preserve editor state, and understand product usage in aggregate.
Strictly Necessary
- Authentication cookies and session tokens that keep the user signed in.
- CSRF and security cookies that protect requests to the application.
- Local storage entries used by the report editor to preserve unsaved draft state.
Preferences
- UI preferences such as dashboard view, sidebar collapsed state, and preferred report template.
Analytics
BuildSITREP may collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage, error events) to improve the product. We do not sell user data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Third-Party Cookies
Integrations such as Procore, HaulProof Reports, and payment providers may set their own cookies when the user connects or interacts with those services. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own policies.
Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking authentication cookies will prevent sign-in and disable most features of BuildSITREP.
