What is BuildSITREP?+
BuildSITREP is an owner reporting and project communication workspace built for construction teams. It turns scattered project inputs — photos, schedule updates, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and financials — into clean, editable, exportable monthly reports.
What kinds of reports can I generate?+
Owner reports, executive summaries, sustainability reports, detailed field reports, and custom templates. Every section is editable and every export is a print-ready PDF that matches the on-screen editor.
Can I share reports with people outside my company?+
Reports can be exported as PDF for sharing outside the platform. Inside the platform, project sharing is scoped to authorized users and can be limited to your company's domain.
How does Adam, the AI assistant, work?+
Adam drafts executive summaries and narrative content and helps organize project information. Adam never approves, sends, or finalizes reports on its own — users remain responsible for verifying all project information. See our AI Transparency page for details.
How does pricing work?+
New users can try BuildSITREP with a free trial (one project or three months, whichever comes first). Professional Workspace Licensing is available for teams and companies through our sales team. Bundled pricing is available when BuildSITREP is included in the SiteRep Works OS.
What happens if I cancel?+
After cancellation, the account remains active through the paid term, then enters a 30-day read-only grace period. During read-only, users can view, print, and download existing reports and export ticket logs, but cannot create or edit active project data. See the Subscription Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?+
Project data, reports, uploaded photos, and documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls and encryption in transit. See the Security page for more information.
How does BuildSITREP fit into SiteRep Works?+
BuildSITREP is the flagship workspace of the SiteRep Works platform — a Construction Operating System that also includes HaulProof Reports (waste tickets), Closeout Command (project closeout), and SiteWright (AI-assisted site tooling). Future SiteRep Works OS releases will unify users, organizations, projects, and AI across workspaces.
Do you integrate with Procore?+
Procore integration is on the roadmap and previewed in the Integrations page. Today users can upload Procore-exported schedules, logs, RFIs, and submittals directly into BuildSITREP.
