- Active paid accounts retain project data, reports, ticket logs, uploads, and archives according to the selected plan.
- Free accounts have limited project and archive capabilities.
- Canceled accounts retain full access through the paid term.
- After the paid term ends, accounts receive 30 days of read-only access.
- After read-only access ends, paid features and archive access are locked unless the account is reactivated.
- Data is not automatically deleted immediately after cancellation.
- Users may request data export or deletion through Contact / Support.
- Some information may be retained for billing, legal, backup, security, abuse prevention, or audit purposes.
